Back by popular demand, this hybrid training is for practitioners at all levels of experience and practice backgrounds interested in handling federal habeas petitions for people in immigration custody. Join panelists with significant experience in this area to discuss applicable immigration habeas law, the nuts and bolts of researching, preparing, and filing petitions, motion and hearing practice, and client representation in this important and rapidly changing area.
